For decades, I’ve studied the connection between the body, the brain, and the patterns that drive daily choices. What I’ve seen again and again is this: most people already know what to do to get healthy—but struggle to follow through. That’s where science, mindset, habits, and subconscious patterns make all the difference.
I’m a Certified Transformational Nutrition Coach and Life Mastery Consultant, with advanced education in plant-based nutrition from Cornell University. My work bridges evidence-based nutrition with neuroscience, behavioral psychology, and practical mindset tools—helping people move beyond cycles of frustration and into lasting change.
My approach is grounded in both professional training and lived experience. I understand how deeply health challenges can affect confidence, clarity, and quality of life. That understanding shapes the way I coach—with compassion, structure, and a focus on real-world application.
