You Don't Recognize Yourself Anymore
That's not a breakdown. That's the moment everything can change.
"This photo was taken on the day I decided to stop living a life that didn't feel like mine - and start becoming who I really am." — April
The Life That Feels Like Yours is Still Possible.
Somewhere along the way—whether suddenly or so gradually you barely noticed—you stopped feeling like yourself.
Maybe your body stopped feeling like yours.
Maybe you've been surviving instead of living.
Maybe somewhere along the way, your life became about everyone else.
Or maybe nothing dramatic happened at all—You simply woke up one day and realized you don't feel like yourself anymore.
However you got here, you've become disconnected from the person you know yourself to be.
Nothing is wrong with you.
You aren't broken.
You've simply become disconnected from yourself—and that can change.
The disconnection you feel isn't permanent. The patterns, exhaustion, and sense of loss all have roots. When we understand those roots with compassion, real healing and lasting change become possible.
My coaching helps you reconnect your mind, body, and spirit—because lasting transformation begins when all three come back into alignment.
It isn't about becoming someone new. It's about reconnecting to who you truly are.
Together, we'll reconnect your mind, body, and spirit so your life begins to feel like yours again
This Isn't About Fixing Yourself. It's About Finally Living as Yourself Again.
It doesn’t matter what brought you here.
Maybe your marriage ended. Maybe you lost someone you loved deeply. Maybe your body or your health changed in ways you didn’t choose. Maybe a career, a habit, or a life chapter ended and left you wondering who you are without it.
The details are different for everyone.
But the feeling underneath is almost always the same:
I don’t recognize myself. And I don’t know how to feel whole again.
That’s not weakness. That’s what happens when life changes faster than your sense of self can keep up.
I know this journey because I’ve lived it through nearly all of these moments. That’s not just my backstory. That’s my qualification.
This work is about coming home to yourself. Body, mind, and soul — together.

You're in the Right Place
If something brought you here — a life that stopped feeling like yours, a version of yourself you barely recognize, or simply a quiet knowing that something needs to change — you're not alone. And you're not broken.
This is what becomes possible when someone finally walks alongside you:
You Stop Feeling Like a Stranger in Your Own Life
The disconnection you feel isn't permanent. It has roots — in your nervous system, your story, the version of yourself that got buried under everything life asked of you.
When we understand those roots together, the fog starts to lift.
You Feel at Home in Yourself Again
Not someday. Not after everything gets figured out. Now — as you begin reconnecting with who you actually are underneath all of it.
That's where the real shift happens.
You Find Your Way Back
This work goes deeper than habits or plans. It's about remembering who you are, what you want, and the life you're ready to step into.
The person you've been missing is still there. And with the right guide — you'll find your way back.
Why This Approach Works When Everything Else Hasn't
SCIENCE
Your body isn't random.
Stress, sleep, chronic tension, and the weight of life change all affect how you feel, how you think, and how connected you feel to yourself.
When you understand what's actually happening in your body, your patterns begin to make sense — and self-blame starts to dissolve.
This is where we begin. Not with willpower. With understanding.
PSYCHOLOGY
The beliefs you've been carrying — formed long before you chose them — shape everything. How you make decisions. What you allow. What feels possible.
Together we explore what's driving those patterns and build new ways of thinking that feel grounded, not forced.
As your awareness grows, you begin responding to life intentionally — and making choices that feel true to who you are.
SPIRITUALITY
Lasting change isn't only physical or psychological.
It's deeply personal — and it's where the most meaningful shift happens.
This work is about reconnection. To yourself, to what matters to you, and to the life you sense you're meant to be living.
When your actions align with who you truly are, your life stops feeling like a struggle.
Meet Your Coach!
April Springer
Transformational Life Coach
Hello, I'm April.
There was a time when I found myself divorced, middle‑aged, and living in a body and a life I didn’t recognize.
The career I'd built no longer felt like mine. The person I used to be felt very far away.
Everything changed when I stopped trying to fix myself — and started understanding myself instead. The science behind what my body was holding, the patterns driving my choices, and the deeper disconnection no plan had ever been able to reach.
Becoming whole again changed everything. Not just my health. Me.
I didn't just study this — I lived it first. Across every kind of loss and transition you can imagine. That's not my backstory. That's my qualification.
Today I walk alongside people who are ready to stop feeling like strangers in their own lives — and start finding their way back to who they truly are.
If you're ready — you're in the right place.

Frequently Asked Questions
If you’ve been unsure, skeptical, or quietly hopeful that this could be different, these questions are for you. They reflect what many people wonder before taking the next step.
Is this therapy or coaching? What's the difference?
Therapy focuses on healing the past. Coaching focuses on where you are now and where you want to go. This is coaching — we explore, understand, and move forward together.
If you're working with a therapist, coaching can complement that work beautifully.
What if I tried many things and nothing has worked?
That's exactly what this work addresses. Most approaches treat the symptoms. This goes to the root — the patterns, beliefs, and disconnection underneath. That's why it works when other things haven't.
Do I have to have it all figured out before I reach out?
Not at all. Not knowing where to start is exactly where most people begin. You don't need clarity before the conversation — that's what the conversation is for.
Do I need to be 'all in' or perfect for this to work?
No. You just need to be willing. This work meets you exactly where you are — not where you think you should be. Progress here doesn't come from perfection. It comes from honesty and consistency.
I don't even know what I want. Can you still help me?
Yes – This is exactly where the real work starts — not knowing is the doorway, not the obstacle.
Is this coaching practical or more mindset-based?
Both — and that's intentional. Mindset work without practical application stays theoretical. Practical tools without the inner work don't stick.
This coaching addresses both so that you can finally feel whole again.
Who is this best suited for?
This work is best suited for people who don't recognize themselves — after a major life change, a long season of putting everyone else first, or a gradual drift away from who they used to be.
If you're ready to understand what's underneath and do something about it, you're in the right place.
How long does this kind of work usually take?
It depends on where you are and what you need. Some people start feeling a meaningful shift within weeks.
The deeper work – the kind that actually sticks and lets you feel like yourself again – typically unfolds over several months.
We'll map out what makes sense for you, together.
